Description

This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of Service Design.  You will cover how design applies to public services and will be given the opportunity to try out methods as you work through a practical challenge as part of a small team.

Who is it for?

This course has been designed for those working in the Public Sector who want to learn about how to design services with, not for, people.

It will also benefit those who are interested in learning about new ways of:

  • Thinking about solving problems

Delivery format

The course is delivered as follows:

  • 2 days online via Zoom, each day will run from 09:30 – 17:00
  • Each morning begins with a check in and house codes of conduct
  • Regular breaks during training and lunch will be from 12:30 – 13:15
  • You will be invited as a guest to join Miro (Online Whiteboard Tool) – we suggest avoid joining on a phone as it is hard to access Miro at the same time.

We encourage you to turn on your camera, however this is not a mandatory requirement.  If you have any learning requirements, please contact us before the course begins.
