Gathering evidence about how a service is performing and how to improve it.

Launching a service is not the end of the design process. You need to make sure that it continues to meet the needs of the people who are using and working with it. These needs will change over time.

Putting in place ways to continuously evaluate and test people’s experience of the service is essential. The evidence you gather should inform changes and improvements.

This section is currently in development and will be available soon. The guidance will include:

  • how to measure success and impact
  • how to do usability testing

This will be regularly updated with new guidance as we develop and test it.
